We at WESTENCOAST.COM work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashions and electronics at impeccable quality with amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design simply return/exchange the product within 10 days of delivery.

To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your WESTENCOAST.COM  account.

The Return process

Online Return—You can return or exchange an item online at WESTENCOAST.COM by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at WESTENTENCOAST.COM
  • Select the product that needs to be return
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Need to return – Few points to remember

  • Returns request need to be within 10 days of the delivery of product
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing for refunds
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot.
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to WESTENCOAST.COM.

Non-returnable categories– Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

How do you return?

    • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in selected areas, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
    • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department.

Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to WESTENCOAST.COM. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order.

Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
